Latest Penguin 2.1: Spam Filtering Algorithm

Yesterday late night Google’s Web spam head MattCutts has official announced a new update for penguin i.e. Penguin 2.1 in one of his tweet.This latest update affect 1% of search quires. The last penguin update was on May 22nd 2013 (Google Penguin 2.0) that affected 2.3% of English-US search quires.I have found some changes major changes in SERP and hope we could see more fluctuations in the coming week
